Through the contact form we collect:
- identity (first name, last name);
- contact details (email, phone);
- information needed for the job (port, boat, message).
This data is used only to reply to you and handle your request. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent (form checkbox) and our legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry. Messages are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then archived for a limited period (accounting or proof of exchange, up to 3 years).
4. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
5. Your rights
